Key Responsibilities

  • •Create daily and weekly replenishment plans at the supplier level based on inventory parameters, actual sell-out, and planned forecast.
  • •Participate in S&OP forecast meetings and adjust forecasts accordingly.
  • •Calculate and maintain supply plans derived from generated demand forecasts.
  • •Prepare and update weekly/monthly supply planning files and KPI reports based on actuals; maintain target days cover, availability, and shrinkage.
  • •Coordinate with commercial teams and suppliers on forecast and delivery alignment, monitor supplier issues, and flag slow/no-movement SKUs to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • •1–3 years of experience in demand or supply planning.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL.
  • •Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and draw clear conclusions; highly detail-oriented.
  • •Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments.
