Associate, Demand Planning

Create daily and weekly replenishment and supply plans using inventory parameters, sell-out, and forecast data. Participate in S&OP meetings and adjust forecasts, then translate demand forecasts into supply plans. Maintain inventory health across DC and stores against days cover, availability, and shrinkage targets. Produce weekly/monthly planning files and KPI reports, coordinate with commercial teams and suppliers, and escalate supplier issues to protect availability.
