Job Summary

Advise and partner with production and Originals teams on end-to-end legal matters for live and content productions, including co-produced and licensed events. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements across content development, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements. Manage legal projects, conduct research, identify risks, and deliver clear guidance on IP, data privacy, and regulatory issues—while supporting dispute resolution and incident management across jurisdictions.

•Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on agreements across content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements.
•Support business and production teams by identifying legal risks, designing mitigation strategies, and enabling smooth event execution across jurisdictions.
•Conduct legal research and deliver clear, actionable guidance to leadership and other stakeholders.
•Manage legal projects and contract workflows, maintain legal databases, and support compliance on intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory matters.
•Support incident management and dispute resolution with litigation specialists, and update internal templates and legal guides while contributing to training and presentations.

Key Requirements

•Be a qualified US or UK barred lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in-house in experience-economy and/or a live production company.
•Have experience in production work, with top-tier law firm experience a plus.
•Be a solution-oriented, strategic thinker with strong business judgment to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.
•Native or bilingual English is required; additional languages are a plus.
•Own and prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects while communicating effectively with executives, business, and creative teams.
