Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and repair motors and pumps, including MCCs, VFDs, switchgear/transformers, and LV/MV power distribution.
  • •Inspect, test, and maintain electrical panels, breakers, relays, and control circuits.
  • •Support plant start-up, shutdown, and commissioning, and monitor electrical performance to identify potential failures.
  • •Follow safety procedures (LOTO and permit-to-work), coordinate with operations/mechanical/instrumentation teams, and maintain maintenance records and spare-parts inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/ITI/technical certificate in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.
  • •3–5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
  • •Knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems, VFDs, MCCs, and LV/MV electrical systems.
  • •Knowledge of electrical safety standards and procedures, including lockout/tagout and permit-to-work.
  • •Preferred experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, or desalination plants.
