Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide coverage for department jobs, including general production and operator positions, for openings, absences, vacations, and LOAs.
  • •Run machinery as assigned.
  • •Pack, sanitize, receive, or ship products as required.
  • •Make boxes and maintain good housekeeping practices.
  • •Support assigned roles that may involve processing meat products in an environment with the sight and smell of meat products.

Key Requirements

  • •Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds and be able to grip with hands.
  • •Complete the paperwork associated with the position(s) assigned.
  • •Work in cold (down to -20°F to 40°F), wet conditions, slippery areas, and concrete floors for 12+ hours when needed.
  • •Be available for overtime and weekends as required, and accommodate shift start time changes.
  • •Obtain licenses for forklift operation and LOTO; meet the requirement of 6 months continuous employment in the last 18 months.
