Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the implementation roadmap by removing the highest time-and-risk steps from the critical path
  • •Turn manual, engineer-dependent setup into product via self-serve configuration, data migration/mapping tooling, and admin controls
  • •Work closely with Implementation Managers and firms by observing real go-lives and diagnosing where migrations stall
  • •Extend product ownership beyond integrations into infrastructure and productivity, improving reliability, developer experience, and internal tooling
  • •Define implementation health metrics (e.g., time to go-live, escalation volume, manual touchpoints) and partner cross-functionally to ship and bring changes to market
