Job Summary

Ensure TikTok’s safety policies are enforced accurately and consistently for Live & Monetization through analytical audits, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and data-driven feedback. Interpret complex safety guidelines, calibrate across moderation teams, and escalate edge cases with speed and accuracy. Use AI and QA dashboards to report weekly/monthly market accuracy and error trends, and support training rollouts so policy and operational guidelines updates are implemented across partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards and meet audit targets.
•Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues using RCA, identify error patterns, and translate findings into actionable feedback for operational guidelines and standards.
•Provide expert judgment for complex, ambiguous, or high-risk cases, including interpreting safety guidelines and validating “golden sets.”
•Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency across moderation teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive global quality goals.
•Utilize AI and QA dashboards/tools to produce weekly and monthly reports on market accuracy, error trends, and policy gaps; support training rollouts for policy updates.

Key Requirements

•Proven expertise conducting analytical audits, tracking performance targets, and maintaining data integrity in a trust and safety, compliance, or high-volume operations environment.
•Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills to identify trend patterns and recommend process optimizations that reduce error rates while maintaining high-speed moderation.
•Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs to make expert judgments on complex or high-risk escalation cases.
•Excellent cross-functional communication to lead calibration sessions and deliver training while partnering with BPO and internal teams on global quality goals.
•Fluency in Swedish (required) and English (primary working language), plus experience using QA/calibration tools and data visualization/reporting.
