Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards and meet audit targets.
  • •Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues using RCA, identify error patterns, and translate findings into actionable feedback for operational guidelines and standards.
  • •Provide expert judgment for complex, ambiguous, or high-risk cases, including interpreting safety guidelines and validating “golden sets.”
  • •Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency across moderation teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive global quality goals.
  • •Utilize AI and QA dashboards/tools to produce weekly and monthly reports on market accuracy, error trends, and policy gaps; support training rollouts for policy updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven expertise conducting analytical audits, tracking performance targets, and maintaining data integrity in a trust and safety, compliance, or high-volume operations environment.
  • •Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills to identify trend patterns and recommend process optimizations that reduce error rates while maintaining high-speed moderation.
  • •Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs to make expert judgments on complex or high-risk escalation cases.
  • •Excellent cross-functional communication to lead calibration sessions and deliver training while partnering with BPO and internal teams on global quality goals.
  • •Fluency in Swedish (required) and English (primary working language), plus experience using QA/calibration tools and data visualization/reporting.
