Job Summary

Own the end-to-end development, management, and harmonization of card products, services, channels, and processes to deliver an optimal customer experience. Lead a digital squad’s product strategy by translating customer journey insights and CX/data into product, process, and channel policies. Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, requirements, and budgets, while analyzing market and competition developments and partnering with IT engineers to move business solutions into working software.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end card product/service value propositions and delivery excellence across channels and segments.
•Develop, manage, harmonize, and phase out customer processes for products/services and support customer sales.
•Translate product and customer journey strategy into practical product, process, and channel policy aligned to IT landscape/architecture and regulations.
•Lead product ownership activities: prioritize the backlog, monitor planning/budget/requirements, complete backlog items during squad sprints, and track squad progress.
•Analyze market and competition developments, handle urgent incidents/improvement needs, and use UX and IT-landscape insights to improve customer journey performance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of Cards/Consumer Finance banking experience or equivalent understanding of the banking industry.
•Minimum 5 years gathering requirements and translating them into user requirements, including data engineering/data science/software engineering experience.
•Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and experience applying Agile methodologies.
•Background in engineering, technology, or UX preferred.
•Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills, including comfort speaking with senior leaders.
