Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, execute, and continuously improve data retention and protection, eDiscovery, and insider risk programs.
  • •Create and maintain policies, standards, procedures, and governance processes.
  • •Assess risks, identify control gaps, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • •Administer records retention schedules, legal holds, information inventories, and destruction processes; conduct eDiscovery from identification through production.
  • •Investigate potential insider risk events and support litigation, regulatory, investigative, and audit requests; optimize supporting technologies and vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •3-5 years of experience in information security, information governance, records management, eDiscovery, insider risk, risk management, investigations, or IT.

  • •Experience supporting eDiscovery, legal holds, investigative, or compliance activities.
