Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the voice of the customer in OI facilities and own customer experience from point of sale through on-site delivery.
  • •Manage multiple sales orders concurrently and coordinate turnover/kickoff to ensure scope, paperwork, and scheduling inputs are complete.
  • •Coordinate activities across engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement, and accounting to align with customer ship dates and delivery.
  • •Monitor project progress, proactively problem-solve, provide technical advice, and remove obstacles to protect schedule.
  • •Prepare change order proposals, manage submittals/approvals, coordinate site visits if needed, and ensure compliance with contract documents while balancing customer and OI interests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Civil Engineering preferred.
  • •2+ years of Project Management experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • •Working knowledge of project databases; SAP S/4 HANA experience preferred.
  • •Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to review engineering drawings/production schematics.
