Regional Asset Protection Director (NYC and Northeast Regions)

Lead asset protection strategy for a regional portfolio of Sephora stores, driving shrink reduction and reducing liability through consistent safe work practices. Manage a team of District Asset Protection Managers and Store Asset Protection Partners, partner with field stakeholders to improve sales, profit, and client experience, and identify market-specific opportunities by reviewing theft patterns and investigations. Also oversee physical security recommendations, budgets, and travel-intensive store visits while supporting an additional AP function such as Organized Retail Crime & Safety, AP training/policy, or AP operations implementation.
