Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation and validation through launch and continuous improvement.
  • •Gather customer/internal/external insights and perform competitor and market trend analyses to refine product concepts.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional product development across deployment and post-deployment activities, escalating issues and recommending options as needed.
  • •Own the product roadmap within scope, manage dependencies, and govern the product backlog with clear release plans.
  • •Lead people management for a team of product analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation to junior resources and interns.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in computer science, software engineering, business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •3-5 years of experience in Product or Program Management within e-commerce, transaction-based platforms, retail, or similar websites.
  • •Hands-on experience with at least one system such as Magento, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • •Demonstrated ability to define and analyze key product metrics and guide improvements with analytics.
  • •Proficiency in using qualitative and quantitative inputs to validate customer problems and proposed solutions.
