Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily site supervision of operational activities, ensuring labor, materials, and equipment resources are properly distributed to meet budgets.
  • •Maintain acceptable work quality, monitor valid drawings, and ensure activities are executed based on approved shop drawings, method statements, and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS).
  • •Coordinate activities and implement corrective or remedial actions for work requiring rework as instructed by the site engineer.
  • •Ensure schedule adherence by completing assigned works within the allotted timeframe and reducing rework percentage toward zero.
  • •Enforce safety compliance for all supervised workers, support HSE initiatives, and report risks to the site engineer to maintain zero LTIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience in construction site work.
  • •Knowledge of project construction scope and objectives.
  • •Knowledge of occupational health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Ability to oversee quality and minimize rework while ensuring work is completed within schedule and company standards.
