Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and map current Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows to identify bottlenecks, manual touchpoints, and inefficiencies.
  • •Collaborate with the controllership team to design and implement streamlined processes that reduce cycle times and improve accuracy.
  • •Support AI initiatives in AP, such as automated invoice data extraction and intelligent workflow routing.
  • •Act as a liaison between accounting and technical developers, translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • •Provide AP and employee expense operations support, including invoice processing, T&E auditing, and month-end close activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • •Strong foundational understanding of technology, data analytics, or AI-related projects, with the technical fluency to communicate with developers and understand automation.
  • •Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or expense management platforms (e.g., Navan) is a plus.
  • •Analytical mindset focused on improving processes by understanding both how and why they work.
  • •Ability to maintain high accuracy with financial data while also seeing the big picture of process design.
