Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Assist store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Lead by example on the sales floor, working with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
  • •Manage day-to-day team activities in your assigned area by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • •Perform key holder responsibilities such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery standards, asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Salary: USD 19.5 - 23.5

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 18 years or older.
  • •2-3 years of retail experience, with preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
  • •Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to perform physical demands of the role (e.g., standing/walking for extended shifts, lifting up to 30 pounds with assistance, moving and arranging merchandise).
