Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end user experience for a product from early strategy through shipped design.
  • •Make strategic design decisions grounded in product goals and customer needs and lead UX decisions for the team.
  • •Bring fresh ideas and a point of view to the digital safety insights space.
  • •Partner with PMs and senior engineers from strategy and discovery through implementation, making tradeoffs and shipping on a weekly cadence.
  • •Learn from real users, synthesize qualitative/quantitative evidence, and turn insights into product and design direction.
