Job Summary

Own technical scoping and solution design for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers as a bridge between Sales and prospects. Lead discovery, proposals, pilots, and demos for Zendesk services, translating business requirements into scalable customer experience, ITSM, automation, data, and AI-enabled solutions. Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to grow AMER pipeline and services revenue, drive best practices, mentor presales talent, and deliver weekly reporting on deal progress and technical risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical discovery and solution scoping conversations with Corporate, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers.
•Own the technical relationship during the sales cycle, from initial discovery through proposal and closure.
•Design scalable customer experience, support, ITSM, automation, data, and AI-enabled solutions aligned with customer requirements.
•Identify and incorporate AI, automation, agents, workflows, and knowledge-based systems into customer solutions.
•Lead, mentor, and retain presales and solutions talent while driving best practices and providing weekly reporting on pipeline, risks, and services opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 206,000 - 308,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience selling, scoping, or supporting Mid-Market and Enterprise software solutions.
•Strong background in pre-sales, solutions architecture, consulting, implementation, and customer-facing technical roles.
•Ability to scope and execute customer pilots, proofs of concept, technical workshops, and solution demos.
•In-depth knowledge of customer service software, ITSM, CRM, data warehousing, business intelligence, integrations, APIs, and customer experience platforms.
•2+ years of experience managing, mentoring, or leading a presales, solutions consulting, or similar technical team, plus practical professional AI tool experience.
