•Build, restructure, and scale the marketing organisation, including team design and operating model.
•Establish rigorous performance management across demand generation and growth: pipeline, attribution, CAC/LTV, expansion, and ROI.
•Develop and scale a high-performing B2B demand engine (ABM, field marketing, enterprise GTM) targeting AI labs and large organisations.
•Lead product marketing and positioning, creating clear, differentiated narratives across a complex product and customer landscape.
