Job Summary

Own and manage commercial relationships with designated EMS partners to support supply chain performance across the product lifecycle. Lead EMS strategy development and business cases to improve total cost of ownership and mitigate geopolitical and supply-chain risks. Drive RFQ activities from package development through bid evaluation and award recommendation, manage monthly product pricing and file updates, and coordinate claims resolution and cost-reduction initiatives through vendor performance reviews and supplier business reviews.

•Own commercial relationships with designated EMS partners.
•Develop and recommend EMS strategies and business cases to optimize total cost of ownership and mitigate risks.

•Negotiate, review, and approve monthly product pricing while ensuring accurate pricing file updates.
•Coordinate claims resolution (PPV, revaluation, true-up, excess and obsolete, and ad hoc claims) and drive cost-reduction opportunities via vendor performance reviews.

•Bachelor’s degree in business or Engineering.
•More than 10 years of experience with enterprise-level systems to low-cost consumer-like electronics.
•Demonstrated commercial business acumen with EMS suppliers.
•Experience applying negotiation practices with senior-level executives within EMS partners.
•Ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders up to executive level.
