Job Summary

Lead Corporate FP&A cross-border planning and analytics, owning multi-year outlooks, budgeting, and executive reporting for VAS and CMS revenue streams. Partner with senior finance and business leaders to drive the FP&A planning agenda, embed P&L thinking into decision-making, and deliver scorecard/BAU reporting with actionable insights. Coordinate stakeholder inputs, quantify risks and opportunities, and run cross-functional process enhancement and competitive performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and influence senior finance leaders globally and regionally by delivering budget, forecast, and multi-year strategic outlook for VAS and CMS.
•Drive the business units FP&A planning agenda, assessing financial and business performance and resolving complex issues with partners.
•Embed P&L thinking into decision-making and provide succinct messaging for the CFO, quantifying impacts of risks and opportunities.
•Coordinate stakeholder inputs for revenues reporting and run reviews within monthly/quarterly scorecards and BAU cadence.
•Provide timely financial management reporting with insightful analysis of trends, key risks and opportunities, and recommendations for call to action.

Salary: USD 149,800 - 240,100 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
•9+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
•Graduate/undergraduate degree and/or other finance-related professionally recognized accreditations (e.g., CPA, CFA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
•Ten years of progressive professional finance experience, preferably in global publicly listed, government regulated payments.
•Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills with strong strategic business acumen and communication to influence executives; ability to mentor more junior staff.
