Customer Specialist - Part Time

Support customers end-to-end in CarMax’s used-vehicle buying and servicing experience, acting as a trusted guide through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications. Perform vehicle condition and cosmetic assessments, manage inventory check-in and reconciliation, and handle transaction paperwork and payments. Coordinate service appointments and review repair order invoices for accurate billing, while following EH&S requirements and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
