Senior Machine Learning Manager

Lead long-term AI/ML strategy for DevAI products and drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives. You’ll recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and scientists, partner with product, engineering, and data science stakeholders, and manage performance and engineering excellence. Oversee program lifecycle, optimize processes to improve velocity and deployment standards, and proactively identify and mitigate technical and operational risks while integrating LLMs and prompt engineering into AI-native developer experiences.
