Key Responsibilities

•Provide support for individual pupils inside and outside the classroom to ensure full participation in daily activities.
•Assist in implementing individual education programmes, link to IEP goals, and contribute to monitoring progress and attainment.
•Support pupils with additional support needs and help develop social and communication skills.
•Assist home room and subject teachers with maintaining pupil records and preparing resources to access or differentiate the curriculum.
•Deliver and generalise interventions for SaLT/OT/ABA therapy as needed, while promoting independence and good behaviour in line with school policy.

Key Requirements

•SEN qualification (Diploma).
•2 years SEN experience.
•Ability to support pupils with additional support needs including academic, physical, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
•Experience assisting with individual education programmes and linking support to IEP goals and monitoring progress.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and support students’ independence through clear strategies.
