  • •Oversee day-to-day execution of Cox Fleet Transformation process excellence activities.
  • •Identify efficiencies and implement people, process, and technology solutions across fleet functions.
  • •Lead benchmarking and competitive intelligence assessments, setting ongoing targets across functions.
  • •Partner with Business Intelligence teams to develop a metrics and performance management strategy and culture.
  • •Account for process standards and governance across data, reporting, systems security, compliance, controls, and change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 8 years of relevant experience (or alternate combinations such as master’s/6 years, PhD/3 years, or 12 years).
  • •7+ years experience in consulting, continuous improvement, project management, or closely related disciplines.
  • •Proven ability to influence and collaborate with corporate management, and to lead high-performing teams with tight deadlines.
  • •Experience driving organizational change, including large-scale transformation initiatives, with a track record improving efficiencies.
  • •Demonstrated financial analysis strength and experience managing large-scale, high-volume systems and multiple functions.
