  • •Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
  • •Partner with leaders at large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents across their operations.
  • •Build the future of Sierra's core platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping new tools, and collaborating with research, product, and platform teams.
  • •Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure agents meet real-world requirements and scale across industries.
