Key Responsibilities

  • •Build relationships with workers across the market, owning the experience from recruiting through placement.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with workforce centers, community organizations, and local partners.
  • •Oversee worker vetting and onboarding end-to-end, including drug testing and running large group onboarding sessions.
  • •Manage the full worker funnel: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and converting applicants into placement-ready workers.
  • •Coordinate new start interviews and schedules across customer sites and provide on-site support as needed (including PPE distribution).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 27 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • •Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
  • •1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments, including staffing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
  • •Ability to source, screen, and convert candidates with strong recruiting instincts.
  • •Comfort running large group onboarding sessions and communicating professionally in email and in-person settings.
