Key Responsibilities

  • •Support New Product Development projects with failure analysis, warranty modeling, test development, safety assurance, and compliance adherence.
  • •Establish and maintain project and milestone documentation, including test plans, status reports, and FRACAS.
  • •Use data streams to perform data analysis that informs design decisions, risk assessments, and engineering actions.
  • •Lead safety reviews during development to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
  • •Collaborate with internal compliance teams to obtain accurate product approvals and represent the Voice of the Customer in quality-related activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •3+ years of industry or educational experience in reliability engineering, quality engineering, testing, or failure analysis, preferably in new product development.
  • •Strong working knowledge of FRACAS, root cause analysis, reliability testing, risk assessment, and warranty analysis.
  • •Experience driving product safety and supporting development teams with reliability and risk-based decision-making.
  • •Interest and capability in data analysis and programming, including Python, SQL, and advanced MS Office.
