Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage clinician schedules, profiles, availability, and service areas in CareLink.
  • •Coordinate scheduling and logistics across Georgia and New Jersey, optimizing routes based on geography and availability.
  • •Identify and resolve scheduling errors, overbooking, unused capacity, and coverage gaps.
  • •Manage last-minute schedule changes from callouts, urgent requests, and field needs, including daily assignments for Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants.
  • •Respond to real-time scheduling questions, train partners on CareLink workflows, and document processes to maintain cross-training coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, field logistics, or healthcare operations.
  • •Currently live in Georgia (or previously lived there) with extensive knowledge of Georgia geography, travel patterns, and regional differences.

  • •Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
