Key Responsibilities

  • •Anticipate and respond to guest needs and concerns, correcting errors and resolving complaints with a positive attitude.
  • •Take menu, beverage, and bar orders from artists and communicate orders to the kitchen and/or bar through the MICROS terminal.
  • •Organize and prioritize service, including checking orders for correctness and presentation and ensuring special requests are met.
  • •Deliver food and beverages to artists and maintain line-of-sight/atmosphere control by circulating throughout the shift.
