Provide attentive food and beverage service to artists in the green room, anticipating guest needs and resolving any concerns with a friendly, positive attitude. Take orders from artists and enter them into the micros terminal, verify orders before serving, and ensure rooms are clean and prepared for band arrival. Perform opening, running, and closing duties, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and coordinate with production for accurate catering documents.
