Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture client requirements and develop bespoke BIM strategies and workflows, including how outputs are included in contracts and appointments.
  • •Lead the rollout of BIM methodologies across programmes and projects to ensure successful client and delivery-team adoption.
  • •Perform structured model reviews, clash detection, and data analysis to mitigate risk and meet delivery requirements.
  • •Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder interfaces, acting as an ambassador for digital services.
  • •Create bid proposals and detailed reports; peer-review deliverables and support colleagues to maintain quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years in a BIM Manager role, preferably within consultancy environments and across project lifecycles.
  • •Deep working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and the IMI Framework (Formally UK BIM Framework) plus relevant information management standards.
  • •Proficiency in 3D modelling tools such as Revit or ArchiCAD for interrogation.
  • •Expertise with clash detection and model checking tools such as Solibri and Navisworks.
  • •Strong CDE experience using platforms such as ACC, Asite & Viewpoint for information flow, document control, and collaboration.
