Job Summary

Shape the strategic direction of the Fan business by using data and insights to drive efficient execution of key initiatives. Lead planning and KPI/business reviews across Fan P&Ls, analyze churn, retention, pricing, LTV/CAC, and user growth, and translate findings into SKU and revenue strategy recommendations. Own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Legal, Licensing, and Finance, while building dashboards, operating cadences, and executive-ready reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Support annual and semiannual planning including revenue forecasts, KPIs, and business reviews across the Fan P&L.
•Conduct analyses on churn, retention, pricing, LTV/CAC, and user growth and recommend SKU, subscriber, and revenue strategy.
•Build a unified Fan strategy addressing interdependencies between Subscriptions and Ads businesses.
•Own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, including scoping, planning, execution, measurement, and stakeholder alignment.
•Create and maintain dashboards, operating cadences, and executive-ready materials for leadership and board reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in consulting, growth, strategy, or a similar analytical role with significant exposure to leading cross-functional initiatives.
•Proven experience in strategy work and driving projects that align multiple stakeholders to deliver results.
•Ability to manage ambiguous problems while working across data tools and troubleshooting issues with stakeholders.
•Strong analytical skills with comfort using financial models, dashboards, and turning data into actionable insights.
•Excellent communication and storytelling skills to synthesize complexity for executives and cross-functional teams.
