Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute APC/plant-wide optimizer projects across the full lifecycle: assessment, kick-off, pre-test, plant test, design, modeling, configuration, installation, commissioning, and post-audit.
  • •Implement RMPCT APC/plant-wide optimizer and Control Performance Monitor technologies as a lead consultant/engineer.
  • •Perform APC studies and proof of concepts/trial evaluations, and provide user training.
  • •Review economic targets for advanced controllers and adjust configurations to incorporate economic indicators and keep controllers aligned with objectives.
  • •Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve APC/plant-wide optimizer issues, support sales/marketing growth, and train junior personnel.
