Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the company’s operating P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across revenue, Opex, and SG&A.
  • •Design and lead scalable monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning processes to improve forecast accuracy and decision-making.
  • •Develop financial models, scenario analyses, business cases, KPIs, and operational metrics to evaluate risk, opportunity, and resource allocation.
  • •Partner with Accounting during monthly close to ensure accurate, timely reporting and alignment between planning, forecasting, reporting, and accounting outcomes.
  • •Build and scale Rowan’s FP&A capabilities by leading, coaching, and developing an FP&A team while improving finance reporting through automation and process optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •8–12+ years of progressive experience across FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or related disciplines.
  • •Own or manage significant portions of a company’s P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • •Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership on financial planning and strategic initiatives.
  • •Proven people leadership experience building and scaling high-performing FP&A teams; advanced modeling and exceptional communication skills.
