Key Responsibilities

  • •Own complete operational workstreams end-to-end, accountable for outcomes rather than tasks.
  • •Rebuild workflows that are too manual, messy, or slow into systems that run without you using AI tools.
  • •Own customer onboarding and help maintain satisfaction as the customer base scales.
  • •Run finance and administrative operations in partnership with accountants and service providers.
  • •Drive lab expansion logistics for the new lab in Lausanne and coordinate internal operations (events, customer visits, and daily rhythm).

Key Requirements

  • •Proven ability to get things done by starting and running meaningful work in a startup, project, club, or studies.
  • •Exceptional agency and ownership: identify problems early, take action, and drive outcomes to completion.
  • •Entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset comfortable with ambiguity and no playbook.
  • •Strong AI tooling skills, especially Claude Code or Codex, applied to build real workflows and tools.
  • •Hands-on, organized, reliable follow-through—able to manage shifting priorities without letting details slip.
