Manufacturing Recruiter (Contract)

Source, attract, and hire talent for Manufacturing and Power Infrastructure teams by owning the full recruiting lifecycle. Partner closely with hiring managers, develop proactive candidate pipelines through outreach (including passive outreach via LinkedIn), run interviews, manage candidate experience, and lead compensation negotiations. Use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide strategy, maintain detailed ATS documentation, and collaborate on intake forms and structured interview processes. This is a contract role based in Denver, with travel as needed.
