Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive implementation of S4 test strategy and track execution progress across SIT, E2E, UAT, regression, data migration, interfaces, security, and performance.
  • •Coordinate testing across multiple release trains at the program level.
  • •Collaborate with SI partners and COE teams (business, technical, integration, security, and data) to ensure coverage and readiness.
  • •Ensure environment readiness, test data readiness, and integration coverage across all workstreams.
  • •Present program-level status, risks, dependencies, and mitigations; drive continuous improvements and quality gate compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Master’s degree.
  • •15+ years of strong experience in large program test management involving multiple senior stakeholders and suppliers.
  • •Exposure to SAP testing including S4 HANA transformation programs.
  • •Experience driving continuous test automation, preferably using TOSCA and TOSCA DI.
  • •Experience working in SAFe Agile, with continuous test automation across sprint, SIT, regression, and UAT (including JIRA Xray and TOSCA integration).
