Account Technologist

Drive customer success from a technology perspective by managing installed base and new product application performance to improve customer satisfaction and identify business risks. Serve as a process technology expert, guiding technology development and transfer and integrating customer needs into the product roadmap. Resolve complex field process issues using systematic troubleshooting and statistical techniques (DOEs), lead customer demos and analyze results, and support account teams and technology development with business units.
