Job Summary

Work on the BEES Ads Growth & Insights team, turning campaign and platform data into insights that drive commercial decisions across six key markets. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on ad revenue, campaign performance, and customer engagement, while running deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and optimization opportunities. Partner with country leads, sales teams, Ad Ops, and data teams to improve data quality, resolve discrepancies, and deliver actionable recommendations through data storytelling.

•Create custom KPIs and analyses to support commercial and product challenges, presenting recommendations through storytelling.

•Ability to turn datasets into actionable insights using logical, compelling data storytelling.
