Key Responsibilities

  • •Stabilize and improve EMEA trade compliance and customs processes to align with Business Operations annual goals.
  • •Perform customs duty cost control and duty reconciliation to ensure correct customs declarations and accurate duty costs.
  • •Manage HS classification for Canon products, including daily classification and regular revisions, and coach teams on correct product data capture.
  • •Advise product teams on correct item data setup to support appropriate HS code selection and communicate classification changes to countries.
  • •Contribute to company projects and department initiatives, design processes to reduce workload via automation/tools, and develop knowledge continuously.
