Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience as a temporary sales associate. Build client relationships through product expertise and styling, meet personal and store sales goals, and drive revenue via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS and clienteling tools, including social selling and short-form video, to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, and visual merchandising while following service and asset protection standards.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory cycles, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; education and experience may be considered together.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
