Key Responsibilities

•Complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, including a certification at program conclusion.
•Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using the value proposition.
•Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and other approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Process teller transactions and support the Financial Center platform staff while meeting customer experience and production goals and engaging in cross-selling and outside sales activities.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
