Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise at a strategic level during project conception and establish project success criteria across time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
  • •Plan for and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues, including establishing project governance, processes and systems.
  • •Develop detailed project plans, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams, and interface with the client and other consultants across all project stages.
  • •Monitor and manage performance using KPI’s, manage change control, and advise upon project finances.
  • •Ensure production of formal progress and other reports; manage project information flow through regular meetings and written communications, including staff and knowledge management (where appropriate).

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years project management experience, ideally within digital/data centres.
  • •Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
  • •Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.
  • •Thorough understanding of the full project life cycle from conception through completion and post-project review.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
