Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for store associates and direct reports.
  • •Drive sales and profitability goals while maintaining P&L accountability (expenses, receivables, sales, and payroll budgets).
  • •Oversee store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store and yard standards.
  • •Coordinate receiving and dispatch, proactively assist customers, and manage complaints to cultivate a positive customer experience.
  • •Ensure compliance with company practices, operational policies, and regulated safety standards, including change management and inventory shrink mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a lumber or home center environment (2+ years preferred).

  • •Experience managing store inventory and implementing inventory control processes.
  • •Ability to work 45+ hours per week.
  • •Strong understanding of P&L metrics and KPIs for driving store profit and performance.
