Key Responsibilities

  • •Process employee lifecycle transactions across Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem/Absher, including work permits, establishment management, Saudization certificates, registrations, contributions, and Iqama/visa actions.
  • •Administer employee health insurance (enrolments, renewals, additions, removals) and resolve employee queries.
  • •Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records and ensure all HR transactions meet labor law and regulatory deadlines.
  • •Own day-to-day office operations including facilities, utilities, supplies, vendor coordination, and service contracts.
  • •Support employee experience through onboarding support, office engagement initiatives, and managing office merchandise.

Key Requirements

  • •Saudi national.
  • •3–4 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or a similar role, preferably in fintech or hyper-growth environments.
  • •Deep, current knowledge of Saudi labor law and hands-on mastery of Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem/Absher, Taqat, and health insurance processes.
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • •Meticulous attention to detail with strong organization and discretion handling confidential employee and company information.
