Customer Sales & Service Rep I - Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Provide exceptional customer service for commercial and residential customers in the green industry while supporting sales growth. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, assist with questions via in-person, phone, and online ordering, and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery. Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working, while also supporting merchandising, inventory management, and safe store operations.
