Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate administration for fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and/or custody accounts for complex client relationships.
  • •Resolve client issues and communicate steps taken to clients for requests or problems.
  • •Develop and maintain governing-document and account-agreement knowledge, ensuring accurate account set-up, documentation, fees, and system updates.
  • •Receive service requests, communicate with service partners, and gather information to facilitate service changes or transactions.
  • •Assist trust advisors and other administrators with account acceptance, discretionary request analysis, compliance management, annual reviews, and provide support for client presentations/business development.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years’ experience in financial servicing or related experience/credentials.
  • •In-depth functional/industry knowledge of personal trust, estate, guardianship, and advisory services/products.
  • •Knowledge of internal bank trust functions.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • •Technical/system skills (e.g., Peoplesoft).
