Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate predictive and preventative maintenance and repair for facility systems, real property, and power industrial trucks.
  • •Perform lubrication, conveyor belt repairs, power train and bearing maintenance, motor and gearbox replacement, and fork truck/pallet jack maintenance.
  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment in a timely manner.
  • •Complete daily log sheets, communicate effectively, and proactively recognize and report unsafe conditions or other mechanical concerns.
  • •Accurately and consistently change out parts and assist in maintaining a relevant mechanical inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months documented industrial or general maintenance work experience, or graduation from a maintenance or HVAC training program (documentation required), or a degree in a related field (if graduated, no experience needed at time of hire).

  • •Willingness to use measurement devices.
