Key Responsibilities

•Lead due diligence, deal structuring, and portfolio management for debt facilities.
•Meet with clients and prospects, and help the team build and maintain relationships with these companies.
•Ensure accurate internal documentation of debt facilities, financial reporting and internal risk ratings.
•Build and maintain a portfolio management framework for timely and concise reviews of financial performance to senior credit approvers.
•Review information and communicate on clients’ performance internally and maintain internal controls related to debt limits.

Key Requirements

•Experience structuring venture debt facilities and underwriting debt transactions in the technology sector.
•Strong ability to analyze business models, financial statements, KPI performance and conduct market analysis.
•Proficiency in financial modeling including forecasting, scenario and valuation analyses.
•Experience assessing credit risk, covenant compliance, rating changes, and portfolio risk management.
•Proficiency in Excel and databases such as Pitchbook or Crunchbase; ability to work with legal counsel on commercial/credit terms.
