  • •Lead and develop multiple high-performing software engineering teams across cloud/platform/mobile/quality engineering/DevOps and emerging technology domains.
  • •Own engineering execution for strategic Fire Software initiatives and product roadmaps, delivering scalable SaaS platforms and customer-facing experiences.
  • •Establish technology strategy and provide architectural leadership for distributed systems, microservices, APIs, data platforms, mobile applications, and IoT-connected solutions.
  • •Own release planning and delivery for complex cross-functional programs, implementing and maturing Agile engineering practices.
  • •Drive reliability, availability, scalability, and maintainability of mission-critical platforms, partnering with SRE/Operations/Cybersecurity/Infrastructure and leading incident reviews and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •15+ years of software engineering experience with increasing technical and organizational responsibility.
  • •7+ years of people leadership experience managing engineering teams and engineering managers.
  • •Proven track record leading large-scale SaaS, cloud-native, IoT, or enterprise software platforms.
  • •Deep expertise in cloud-native practices (microservices, API-first development, DevSecOps, CI/CD, SRE) and experience in Fire & Life Safety software domains and central station monitoring technologies.
