Key Responsibilities

  • •Support cattle procurement accounting by processing and reconciling daily cattle payments and settlements and resolving payment discrepancies.
  • •Verify weights and grades against contract terms and investigate discrepancies using available data.
  • •Assist with plant payroll through data entry, validation, and reconciliation for hourly and salaried team members.
  • •Support yield and costing analysis by translating daily yield data into plant financial performance and flagging cost variances.
  • •Help prepare weekly and monthly plant financial reporting and KPI packages and collaborate across live cattle, operations, HR, and plant leadership.
