Wealth Support Specialist II (Floating- Charlotte/Winter Park/Nashville)

Provide in-office client and advisor support for a team of Wealth Advisors serving high net-worth clients. Serve as the primary intake point for advisor and client requests, triage and delegate operational needs (e.g., transfers, withdrawals, account opening/maintenance) to a centralized service team, and help manage workflow to ensure timely fulfillment. Support sales and retention efforts through scheduling, follow-ups, and preparation of client presentation and marketing materials, while maintaining accurate client records and escalating at-risk relationships.
